- Explore avenues of drawing more members to the Association through effective membership drive.
- Processing of Applications by intending members to ensure their credibility and suitability for membership registration.
- Design such Programmes and services that would provide membership care.
- Organize visits to member-companies and other operators within the industry as part of the Association.

- Constantly review the relevant statutory instruments to ensure a conducive Legal & Regulatory environment for industry operators.
- Influence the formulation of Policies & Legislations affecting the industry with a view to shaping the direction of such policies and legislations to promote a healthy investment and operating environment.
- Enhance Interconnect Agreements to ensure acceptable Tariff Rates as well as Rules and regulations guiding interconnect transactions.
- Liaise with the Federal and States Legislatures to establish good working relationships especially on matters relating to legislation.
- Constantly provide legal advice to the Association on topical industry issues as they may arise.
