- Draw up Code of Conduct for Industry operators.
- Formulate Professional & Business Ethics to guide industry operators on industry best practices.
- Determine Service Quality Issues and ensure compliances by operators.
- Promote Consumer Rights Issues and ensure operators abide by laid down rules.
- Liaise with relevant Government agencies to facilitate good working relationship between government and the Association.

- Organize Trade Fairs & Exhibitions to promote the development of the industry.
- Organize Conferences, Seminars and workshops on ICT issues.
- Initiate and plan Trade Missions & Industry Visits locally and overseas.
- Manage social events such as Dinners, Awards and Launchings for the Association.
- Maintain a cordial relationship with the Press and ensure adequate publicity for Association’s events.
- Oversee the publications of Newsletters and other periodicals for the Association.
